This exotic fruit is much used in today's kitchen, not in the least because of its beautiful colour. Sweet peppers, with their crisp flesh, have a deliciously fresh flavour. In warm regions, this variety can be grown in the open but in areas with less sunshine they should really be sown under glass. |
