A new, cream-coloured, flattish courgette. Delicate aroma. Can be eaten raw as well as cooked, or battered and fried. These are cucumber-like vegetables with an exceptionally fine flavour. Sow out of doors in a seed-bed in late spring and plant out at 1 x 1 M. Cultivation can be forced under glass but do not plant the seedlings out in the open before the danger of frost is over. Grows well next to sweetcorn. Leave some distance between the two crops. Harvest in autumn. |
