An early, rich cropping courgette with tender flesh and an abundance of bright yellow fruits. These are cucumber-like vegetables with an exceptionally fine flavour which have become very popular in recent years. Sow out of doors in a seed-bed in late spring and plant out at 1 x 1 M. Cultivation can be forced under glass but do not plant the seedlings out in the open before the danger of frost is over. Grows well next to sweetcorn. Leave some distance between the two crops. Harvest in autumn. |
