Beautiful, extremely large, flattish-round white cabbage, weighing up to approx. 8 Kg. Excellent for using fresh, but also perfect for preparing sauerkraut. Can be boiled, braised or eaten raw in salads Harvest in September-October. Most cabbages have to be pre-sown, after which young plants can be planted out after 5 to 7 weeks. |
