Returning your purchase



Should you be requested to return any item to us, we promise to arrange a collection.

Once delivered, if you no longer require the products or have changed your mind, please contact us within 8 working days of receipt, quoting your customer account number. The expense of returning in these cases will be customer's responsibility.

Please do not return an order without contacting us first.

Live products
It is not always possible to return live products, in view of the nature of these products. Our up to five-year quality guarantee offers you the necessary certainty. Please contact our customer services department for further information.

Other products
It is normally possible to return other, non-living products. For further information, you can contact our customer services department or download our withdrawal form.


Substitute items

We aim to provide the best possible service, even in the unforeseen event of a product being sold out. We shall therefore send you a substitute item that is as similar as possible to the item ordered.
