How should tub plants be stored in winter?

How should tub plants be stored in winter?
Tub plants stored for the winter need some attention. They are more susceptible to disease and pests in the winter.
Remove damaged and fallen leaves regularly, as this prevents many problems.
The plants should be aired as much as possible.
The humidity of the soil must also be checked. It should certainly not be too wet, but the pots should not be allowed to dry out either.
